The 36" Deep Watering Spike is an effective product that transmits water, oxygen and fertilizer to your trees and its roots. The 36" spike is targeted for larger trees like palm trees and trees with deeper roots. The goal of the watering spike is to give your tree healthier roots by fertilizing and aerating the soil. Just place the spike permanently into the ground around the tree, allowing you to deliver water, fertilizer and oxygen directly to the tree's root system. These watering spikes were designed to take repeated blows by a hammer and still look the same, unaffected by the blunt force. The reinforced tip and cap on the spikes are made of ABS and the upper shaft is made of PVC. The cap on the top is UV protected. The watering spike can connect to your drip system or you can let water flow down the trees with your hose.
