Protect your outdoor faucet from tampering and unauthorized use with the Hose Bibb Lockout. This locking system is comprised of two parts: a threaded section with a rotating flange, and a smooth cover with a slot for the flange. The rotating flange has a slot to accept the lock. To lock a faucet, screw the threaded section on, then place the smooth section over it and secure with a padlock (not included). When an unsuspecting thief tries to gain access to your faucet he/she will find that the padlock simply spins without unscrewing the threaded section from the tap.

This is a very unique Item, My water was being stolen by the construction workers next door ($600.00 worth in a month) and these little gems have paid for them selves 20 fold. The only downfall is that the new water saver spikets are shorter and you cannot screw this item in more than 90% of the way so if a construction worker wants to they can turn my water on and it'll leak out rather than being compleatly blocked.
